The Master of Physical Education (MPhEd, MPE, MA) degree enables graduates to make a significant independent contribution to a discipline within physical education and the sport sciences. Both thesis and non-thesis options are available and depending upon the pathway chosen, the degree requires 1 - 2 years to completion. This degree is typically open to applicants with a first degree in Physical Education or Sports Sciences or with experience or an approved degree in an allied field acceptable to the department.
